Research

Understanding your business, market & competitors

  • Market research - we look at everything including size of your market, consumption behaviour and purchase behaviour

  • Customer research- we talk to your customers and also people who were interested but you haven’t been successful in converting them

  • Competitor research - we look at your competitors and also leaders in other categories to see what they do well and what we can do better

And then we pull out all of the key insights and finding and present these back to you

What makes you different and what your brand story is

  • SWOT analysis - your business strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats

  • Target market segments - what your customers ‘look’ like from a demographic,  behavioural and purchase perspective
