How we do what we do
It’s all about the strategy process for us and this is what makes us different. Here’s our process explained.
Market research - we look at everything including size of your market, consumption behaviour and purchase behaviour
Customer research- we talk to your customers and also people who were interested but you haven’t been successful in converting them
Competitor research - we look at your competitors and also leaders in other categories to see what they do well and what we can do better
And then we pull out all of the key insights and finding and present these back to you
SWOT analysis - your business strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats
Target market segments - what your customers ‘look’ like from a demographic, behavioural and purchase perspective
Key points of difference - what makes you different from competitors and gives you a competitive advantage
Brand story and key messages - we write how we are going to talk about your brand and what your story is
Budget - you set the marketing budget
Marketing plan - we create your marketing plan
